I agree to additional charges when the shipment is not as the detailed description provided.

I agree to reimburse Baseline Transport Ltd. for all additional charges if the shipment ordered is not as described on the Baseline Transport online order form and Baseline Transport Ltd. sends equipment suited for the shipment described and the unit sent is unable to accommodate the actual shipment.

I agree to a minimum 2 hour charge if Baseline Transport Ltd. dispatches an adequate truck or truck & trailer to the pick-up location provided and Baseline Transport cannot haul the shipment due to my insufficient or improper description of the shipment.

I agree to standby time charges should my shipment be the cause of standby time incurred.

I agree to reimburse Baseline Transport Ltd. for damages caused by my shipment or directions to their equipment should the driver feel damages may occur to Baseline Transport Ltd.’s equipment and I instruct them to continue.

I agree that Baseline Transport Ltd. is not responsible for damages incurred if the damages are a result of structural inefficiencies of my items/equipment being loaded/transported.

I agree that Baseline Transport Ltd. is not responsible for damages incurred if the damage to the cargo is a result of improper packaging, crating or security to a skid.

I agree that Baseline Transport Ltd. shall not be liable for uncountable palletized orders picked up and delivered with shrink wrap intact or for Shipper Load and Count orders that have been properly reported to the Shipper at first unloading.

I agree that Baseline Transport Ltd. assumes no liability of deterioration of products or on account of delays due to weather conditions and or conditions beyond Baseline Transport’s control.

I agree that Baseline Transport Ltd. shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay to any of the goods described in the bill of lading caused by an Act of God, the Queen’s or public enemies, riots, strikes, a defect or inherent vice in the goods, the act or default of the consignor, owner or consignee authority of law, quarantine, or differences in weights of grain, seed or other commodities caused by natural shrinkage.

I agree that where goods are stopped and held in transit at the request of the party entitled to so request., that the goods are held at the risk of that party and not of Baseline Transport Ltd.

Baseline Transport shall not be responsible for any damages, direct, indirect, or consequential, which are the result of delay in delivery.

Payment terms are same day via e-transfer to info@baselinetransport.ca

I agree to reimburse Baseline Transport Ltd. all costs associated with a lien or legal action if I do not pay the full amount same day via e-transfer to info@baselinetransport.ca
